and displayed clearly according to necessity.

Tank data import and free cost generation are the basis for the lorry CV

The importation of the tank data from many sources supplemented to build the optimal manual generation is the basis for the usage control of the vehicle. If all miscellaneous vehicle forms are generated using WinSped, you will have a complete overview of the total costs. The export of all data for statistical evaluation is possible in the dialogue displayed standardized statistics as an excel table. 

The vehicle cost invoice supports the dispatching decisions

Normal cost information for the vehicle fleet deployment are determined from the vehicle cost accounting. The cost calculation is determined using the simple maintainable scheme plan cost per km and deployment time which is displayed in dispatching with the agreed prices. Herewith the decision about the deployment of a vehicle or that of an external company is objectively justified.

Automatic appointment management

Regular checks by the technical control board, garage and cleaning appoints flow as important , planable appointments automatically in the vehicle deployment plan and can, if required, be adjusted with other appointments. In addition all vehicle fleet appointments are integrated beside the routes and the driver in the module vehicle/route assignment. This ensures that you have all current available resources of your vehicle fleet in view and deploy them effectively.

Besides in dispatching, all other appointments are mirrored in the WinSped contact administration. From the appointment overview you can comfortably print order and lists with different form templates. All events, that pertain to a specific means of transport, will be automatically documented. Unforeseen events, for example accident damage, are manually generated. However events like new entries, barring and changes are generated automatically. In this way you obtain detailed and complete deployment procedures for every means of transport and means of help for your vehicle fleet.
